This following particular 'Hierarchical Edge Bundling' chart shows the connection with interrelation and its dependency on components within the departments that is expected to play a vital role for a project of such urban scale. It is  a proposal in response to the imminent climate change leading to excessive coastal flooding as sea level continue to rise. This propsal integrates vision with pragmetism focusing on co-existing with flooding by scaling up existing practices like floating gardens and aquaculture and by recreating the mangrove logic that will buffer the shoreline from further rupture as we travel along the Anthropocene
